"What Is Love?" From My Experience Series by Shawn Ryan Randleman

"Money can provide your needs & wants, but only LOVE can make you Happy & Sleep peacefully at night!"

"Money can provide your needs & wants, but only LOVE can make you Happy & Sleep peacefully at night!"

What is Love?... When we are truly engaged in giving and receiving love, we don’t ponder such philosophical questions. Our hearts take cues from our senses. Everything we see, hear, taste, touch or smell teaches us about our universe.

So when you meet a person who becomes your “universe”,  you know your truly in love...The Hebrew word for love, ahavah, reveals this true definition of love, for the word ahavah is built upon the root consonants h‑v, which means “to give.” In order for love to be real love, it has to be expressed as an action…

Words of Wisdom 2: Better Is Little With Righteousness

“Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right. How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!

Proverbs 16:8, 16 KJV

How I See It...

"As humans we all seek more in life...In America we're taught the American Dream...Beautiful House, Car, Bike, Boat and Retirement. In the pursuit of the American Dream we get caugh up on seeking

"great revenues"

to build this dream. The problem is too many people lie, cheat and steal their way to this dream. They don't realize there future results is great misfortune.

"Better is Little with righteousness"

meaning it's better to create your lifestyle the right way by helping people achieve their goals as you achieve your's. We're so busy on the pursuit of success, we forget to be wise in all our choices. It's better to have a little house and car you've work hard for, then a mansion you stole for!

"How much better is it to get wisdom then gold"

Wisdom comes from listening and was founded on righteousness! Many times we've seek our dreams, without wisdom. It's the reason why, during the attempt to achieve goals we fail.

Wisdom comes from season advice...Remember that time, someone told you to do something but you did the opposite and the results were bad! Wisdom was talking, but you wasn't listening.

"Get understanding rather then chosen than silver"

People don't listen to each other, because they don't

each other. It's sad but most people don't listen to themselves or seek understanding of life. What's your purpose? What's your destiny? Who are you? What will you become? -Shawn Randleman #FoodForThought #ThinkAboutIt #ChangeTheWorld

Guru Speaks: Even with Integrity People Will Still Claim You Have None!

“Abraham Lincoln once stated, “When I lay down the reins of this administration, I want to have one friend left. And that friend is inside myself.” You could almost say that Lincoln’s integrity was his best friend while he was in office because he was criticized so viciously. Here is a description of what he faced as explained by Donald T. Phillips:

“Abraham Lincoln was slandered, libeled and hated perhaps more intensely than any man ever to run for the nation’s highest office. . . . He was publicly called just about every name imaginable by the press of his day, including a grotesque baboon, a third-rate country lawyer who once split rails and now splits the Union, a coarse vulgar joker, a dictator, an ape, a buffoon, and others. The Illinois State Register labeled him “the craftiest and most dishonest politician that ever disgraced an office in America. . . .” Severe and unjust criticism did not subside after Lincoln took the oath of office, nor did it come only from Southern sympathizers. It came from within the Union itself, from Congress, from some factions within the Republican party, and initially, from within his own cabinet. As president, Lincoln learned that, no matter what he did, there were going to be people who would not be pleased.

Through it all, Lincoln was a man of principle. And as Thomas Jefferson wisely said, “God grant that men of principle shall be our principal men.”

Guru Speaks: “Paradoxical Commandments of Leadership.”

“Paradoxical Commandments of Leadership.” Is from Relationship 101 from John C Maxwell an mentor and also my favorite author. The following words are guidelines in which I stand by and accredit an lot of my success too... Please read, listen and understand!
People are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered—love them anyway.

If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives—do good anyway.

If you’re successful, you’ll win false friends and true enemies—succeed anyway.

The good you do today will perhaps be forgotten tomorrow—do good anyway.

Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable—be honest and frank anyway.

The biggest man with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest man with the smallest mind—think big anyway.

People favor underdogs but follow only hot dogs— fight for a few underdogs anyway.

What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight—build anyway.

People really need help but may attack you if you help them—help them anyway.

Give the world the best that you have and you will get kicked in the teeth—give the world the best that you have anyway.

If better is possible, then good is not enough.”

Guru Speaks: The Entrepreneurs Creed

It's time to be refreshed...

"The Entrepreneurs Creed"

I do not choose to be a common person.
It is my right to be uncommon if I can.
I seek OPPORTUNITY, not security.

I do not wish to be a kept citizen,
humbled and dulled by having the state look after me.

I want to take the calculated risk,
to dream and to build, and to fail and succeed.

I refuse to barter incentive for a dole.

I prefer the challenges of life to the guaranteed existence,
and the thrill of fulfillment to the state calm of utopia.

I will not trade my freedom for beneficence,
nor my dignity for a handout.

I will never cower before any master,
nor bend to any threat.

It is my heritage to stand erect, proud and unafraid,
to think and act for myself, to enjoy the benefit of my creations
and to face the world boldly and say -

All of this is what it means to be an Entrepreneur
